Asseco Central Europe, one of the leaders in the central European IT sector has recently acquired a 23% stake in the Bratislava based startup eDocu. The company has justified its entry into the startup by a strong belief in the potential of eDocu’s core product and possibility of strong synergies in business development. eDocu currently provides a cloud information system for recording information, documents, tasks, work and deadlines to the first pilot customers located mainly in Slovakia.
