Budapest’s getting lean!
Lean Startup Machine is coming to Budapest! The 3-day workshop, which has been to over 40 cities and across 6 continents will introduce participants to the Lean Startup concept, and the knowledge and skills necessary for startups to identify, test, and eliminate any barriers to developing a sustainable business model. The event will take place on 26-28 Aprilat Design Terminal, Budapest.
Lean Startup?
Coined by Eric Ries and having gained particular popularity among IT companies, the Lean Startup methodology stems from the premise that every startup is there to answer two main questions: “Should this product be built?” instead of “Can it be built?”, and “Can a sustainable business model be built around it?” Therefore, Lean Startup is not about the product per se, but about the factors that will enable it to succeed at a later point in time. More information on the concept is available on Ries’ website.
During the workshop, the focus will be on process and validation, in which startups will learn how to build products that people would be interested in. The motto is simple and clear: “Fail fast. Success faster.”
Lean Startup Machine aims to help up-and-coming entrepreneurs identify their target market, and design their product according to its needs. The startups will be coached by the Lean Startup Machine team as well as by local and international experts from the field.
