Get ready for infoShare Startup Zone 2015
In June 2015, the Polish city of Gdansk will be the hub of innovative business-ideas. This is, of course, due to this year’s infoShare Startup Zone (presented by the Gdansk-based business-incubator Starter), featuring the Startup Contest, Startup Expo and Startup Stage.
Serious contest, serious money at stake
The Startup Contest will take place from 10-12 June. 30 semi-finalists have already been chosen to battle for a place in the finals, where up to seven will get the chance to present their business in front of an international jury. The chosen winners will receive 20,000 euros in cash each. In total, investors have come up with 1,000,000 euros to invest during the Startup Zone.

“We expect a truly unforgettable contest, and since the pool of awards has grown only recently, we have decided to give more time to applications so that those for whom 10,000 euros were not sufficiently motivating, can get another opportunity,” jokes Agnieszka Meller of Starter.
Polish startups that reach the finals will get the chance to represent Poland in the international finals of the Creative Business Cup in Copenhagen.
Present yourselves
The Startup Expo is a unique opportunity for startups to present themselves to investors, experts and more than 3,000 participants of the infoShare Startup Zone in an exhibition-setting. More than 100 projects from all over the world are expected to participate.
Next to events and workshops, the Startup Stage features features more than 80 international experts as speakers. More than 3,500 people, among them startup-entrepreneurs, investors and media-representatives will attend.
