Kick-start your business with LAUNCHub
Do you have a scalable product or service that still needs an investment to kick-start, or further expand, your business? Then get your ideas and papers together, and make sure you apply for a spot in Bulgarian accelerator LAUNCHub’s new batch of startups. The window for submissions will stay open until 2 June, with an early deadline of 23 May.
The Acceleration Programme targets tech startups with projects in the digital domain, and offers 30.000 euros of funding in exchange for 8-10% stake in their company. Applications are welcomed from startups from both in- and outside of Bulgaria, the chosen of whom will begin their training at the end of the summer. The mentorship-based initiative is focused on rapid growth and customer development. Although LAUNCHub does not require the selected teams to be physically present in Bulgaria for the entire programme (up to 9 months), they will need to attend the two-month intensive training period – and get to experience Bulgarian culture and hospitality. Also, the entrepreneurs are expected to commit to their projects full time.
So far, LAUNCHub has invested in 19 companies, and is looking to expand its portfolio even further with the batch to-be-selected. It is expected to back over 100 companies within three years. Last year, LAUNCHub was selected to manage a 9M seed and acceleration fund under the financial instrument “Entrepreneurship Acceleration and Seed” of JEREMIE.
