Noki reaches kickstarter-goal within nine hours
The Austrian startup Noki has reached its goal of raising 125,000 euros via the german branch of the crowdfunding-portal kickstarter in just 8 hours and 40 minutes. During that time-period, more than 750 supporters invested and made Noki the most successful kickstarter-project on the german portal. Martin Pansy, founder and director of Noki: “Thanks to all supporters for their trust in us. This day has been an additional kick for us to put the finishing touches on our product.”
Noki (pronounced “no key”) is good news for anybody who often lose their keys or simply are tired of carrying them around in their pockets. The product, that can be mounted on any conventional modern doorlock, will allow its users to open their front-door via smartphone. It features auto-open and auto-lock using bluetooth and wifi-connectivity. Noki is expected to hit the market in the autumn of 2015.
