The trip includes pitching to investors and an Austrian Web Summit Launch networking event. So, before the Web Summit kicks off on 4 November, inventures would like to introduce you to the teams and their expectations for their trip to Ireland.

Meeting potential clients interested in our product, meeting potential cooperation partners for building a global sales network and meeting journalists.
What are your expectations for the Web Summit?
To achieve the three aforementioned goals but also to get a feeling for the Irish market and meet HR people from Ireland.
What market do you wish to disrupt?
We are disrupting the recruiting market. We believe that job boards will not work anymore in the future. Our technology enables companies to recruit via their company network of employees, alumni, business partners, etc.
Why is the Advantage Austria Dublin mission to the Web Summit important?
As we were one of eight startups (out of 500) selected for the global Accelerator Program of Microsoft in Berlin, our aim is to go global. Therefore we want to meet new contacts, sales partners and companies who want to cooperate with us.
Who is going from your startup and why?
Arnim Wahls, CEO and founder, Matthias Wolf, cofounder and Head of Marketing & Sales, are attending the conference to meet new clients, potential sales partners and journalists.
Which speaker do you most want to hear at the Summit and why?
People like Shane Smith from Vice or Drew Houston from Dropbox, just to name two speakers who build something big.
If you could choose an Austrian startup to win the Web Summit PITCH competition, which one would it be?
