Slovenian startup Dee Lee Doo produces handmade wooden dildos. Yes, you heard right. Iris Trstenjak is a professional wood designer and the creator behind the natural sex toys that are supposed to last a lifetime. She has her own small workshop and strongly believes in local and sustainable production. As a designer she aims to do away with the taboo and turn the bedroom accessories into objects, which can also be displayed.
Dee Lee Doo toys are made from three local (maple, cherry, walnut) and three exotic wood types (mutenye, zebrano, mahogany). Each dildo is unique in shape as Iris mostly trusts her intuition. Once she has reached the desired result, each toy is finished with multiple layers of natural transparent varnish to protect its user and ensures long lasting quality.
